Supervisory Training Program (STP)

The Supervisory Training Program (STP), published by the Associated General Contractors of America, is a construction-specific training curriculum offered by the AGC of Greater Milwaukee.

Supervisory skill – or lack of it – directly effects every company’s bottom line. For over forty years, the Supervisory Training Program (STP) has been the bedrock for developing field leaders.
