Conflict Resolution During a Crisis, Perspectives from Experienced Construction Professionals – Panel Discussion
March 26 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- This event has passed.
Surviving, or even avoiding, a crisis may depend in large part on the strength of your relationships with other stakeholders to a construction project. Understanding others’ perspectives goes a long way toward accomplishing your own goals. To help you better understand the needs of these other parties, the AGC has assembled a team of experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds for an open panel discussion.
These panelists have all been to hell and back and still managed to strengthen partnerships along the way. Their unique perspectives can help provide contractors with crucial insights necessary to manage conflict during crises. This program will help you maintain crucial business relationships and hopefully avoid costly pitfalls.
This event also features a strong networking component, including food and beverages and opportunities to mingle before and after the panel discussion in the new Venue 42 space.
Intended audience: Junior Executives; Project Managers; and Superintendents.
