The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) Annual Kickoff is the CLC’s largest networking event of the year. Held in early February each year, this event features a cocktail hour, gourmet dining, and engaging guest speakers. Previous iconic locations for this even include the Harley Davidson Museum® and the Mitchell Park Domes. This is always an engaging and fun networking opportunity for our hardworking, young construction professionals.

Health Work-Life Balance for Increase Productivity and Profitability

A healthy work-life balance will be one of the biggest management challenges in the 21st Century, and the construction industry is not exempt. Labor shortage, long and odd hours, and varied worksites are unaccommodating to proper work-life balance, and may result in conflicts, burnout, fatigue and reduced productivity. Addressing this challenge now can boost productivity and quality, as well as profitability and sustainability.

Join the AGC’s Construction Leadership Council at its 2019 Annual Kickoff as we host nationally recognized FMI speaker, Dust Bass, who will discuss how creating a supportive work-life balance at your company will help increase recruitment, retention and productivity. This interactive program will cover creating a supportive culture, team building, how to stave off burnout, and more.
