School projects are a staple of the summer building season, which can bring great opportunities for contractors, but also present specific and unique challenges. That is why the AGC of Greater Milwaukee is coordinating with industry experts to bring you a program on the best practices for working in a school. Bureaucracy, tight deadlines, and public image are all considerations when building, and air quality, hazardous material, and other indoor environmental concerns are ever present when remodeling. Through this program, not only will you learn best practices for controlling the environment and meeting your deadlines, but you will also be given guidance on how to navigate communication with the school and control the public image of the project. This course is a must for any contractor performing or considering work on school projects.
