About the Course
As a Project Manager, your job is to minimize risk on a project by participating in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the project schedule, budget, and quality control. The schedule is a key tool used to communicate to all stakeholders on the project and create both big and small snapshots of actual and planned progress. Join this interactive class to review, discuss and demonstrate MS Project and best practices of construction project scheduling.

Who should attend: Project managers, project engineers and field supervisors who need to make or update schedules.
Technology/software requirements:
Must either have an active Microsoft Project license or download the trial. Workshops are delivered via the Zoom platform; a webcam and mic are required for participation. Headsets or earbuds are strongly recommended.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
