About the Course

Join us for the new edition of AGC’s six-unit STP program right from your job sites. Participating in classes has never been more convenient. These engaging sessions are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays, from 2 PM to 6 PM Eastern Time (11 AM – 3 PM Pacific Time).

The time-tested STP program has helped develop construction field leaders for over forty years. This new, 10th edition incorporates time tested subject matter updated with current industry best practices, methods and tools to help field leaders know where the industry has been, learn where it is now, and how to lead their teams into the future.

What makes this program particularly impactful for students is its dual role in fostering professional development and futureproofing their knowledge base. Supervisory skill—or the lack of it—directly affects every company’s bottom line. You make your money in the field, and STP can help you improve your organization’s bottom line.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days before the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org.

AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days before the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
